1. It is ILLEGAL for LSV carts TO DRIVE ON 98. It is legal to CROSS 98 at designated traffic light intersections.. 
2. It is ILLEGAL for LSV carts to be driven on sidewalks, utility paths, and/or bike paths. 
3. LSV carts may only be used on roads where the speed limit is 35MPH or less.
4. LSV carts may look like golf carts but they are registered vehicles, and all state road laws apply.
5. All passengers MUST wear their seatbelts at ALL TIMES.
6. Car seats and/or booster seats are REQUIRED for all children 5 and traveling in low-speed vehicles. Please use age appropriate seating for your children’s safety. Lap passengers are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. All state-mandated rules of the road apply regarding safety restraints.
7. No standing in the LSV cart while it is moving or parked.
8. Drivers MUST have a valid driver’s license and active insurance. Your insurance is primary while you operate our LSV carts.
9. Park only in legal, permitted parking spaces. The Primary Renter will be responsible for the cost of any citations incurred during rental contract dates.
10. No drinking or use of drugs while operating the LSV cart. All state laws apply.
11. Do not attempt to transport more people than the LSV cart was designed to hold. A 6-passenger LSV cart holds 6 people MAX.
